Creator of Soul Nourishing Spaces
Searching for the people who have been searching for me.
I'm Troi — a wanderlust folk artist living life in a van with my two cats, somewhere between a forest and a festival, chasing sunsets and asking big questions.
Music, philosophy, psychology, Buddhism, Taoism, neuroscience & spirituality — I'm always searching for understanding. Of myself. Of others. Of why we're all here and why it's so hard sometimes and so beautiful other times.
I find meaning in everything. I always have.
The Music
My earthy soundscapes carry a simple but powerful message: all emotions are valid and ever-changing. Guided by a deep inner world, my 2025 album Let The Wild Things Grow is both music and philosophy — an invitation to flow with life's ever-changing cycles rather than forcing against them. To return to yourself, trust life, connect with nature — and take brave steps towards a life led by self-love, not self-punishment.
The Story
I've lived in a van, travelled alone through Asia, Latin America & Europe, played music at festivals, sat around campfires with strangers who became friends. I chase sunsets and talk to trees. I also dance in forests, need days to recover from over-socialising — whilst simultaneously deeply longing for connection, giggles and good conversation.
Wild and tender. Brave and soft. Sometimes both before lunch.
I feel everything deeply. The beauty, the noise, the ache of being human. For a long time I thought that made me too much — too sensitive, too intense, too everything. I've spent years studying and experimenting with different philosophies and tools — Buddhism, Taoism, tantra, neuroscience, psychology, feminine and masculine energies, conscious relating — not as an academic exercise, but because I needed to understand myself. To find a softer way to become who I'm meant to be.
I haven't figured it all out. But I'm doing the work — on boundaries, on self-love, on unlearning people pleasing and learning to trust myself. Messily. Honestly. Out loud.
Because that's what Let The Wild Things Grow is really about. Not having it together. Just being brave enough to grow anyway.
The Spaces
If you've ever burned yourself out chasing dreams, wondered if there's a softer way to become who you're meant to be — you're exactly who I'm building this for.
Beyond the music, I create spaces where you can show up exactly as you are. Raw, authentic, no masks required. Places to exhale, to meet yourself, and to find the people you didn't know you were looking for.
Emberlight Sessions are live gatherings — music, honest conversation, and kindred spirits around the fire. Part concert, part Q&A, part soul tribe moment. Online and offline, intimate and real.
Because being truly seen is one of the most healing things a human can experience. And I know what it feels like not to have that.
Find Your People
So if something here makes a part of you feel seen — if you've been searching for your people and haven't found them yet —
I think you just did.
